Session Rates

*New clients are required to schedule a virtual, complimentary 15-30 min. introductory call *

60-minute session: $130
Sliding scale: $100–150

90-minute session: $180
Sliding scale: $150–200

I am not able to accept or bill insurance. Payment is accepted by cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal at the time of your session.

Sliding Scale

The standard session rate reflects the true cost of sustaining this practice and is the amount I ask most clients to pay.

If you have the means and feel resourced to do so, contributing toward the higher end of the scale helps support access to this work for others in the community.

Reduced rates within the sliding scale are intended for those who identify with the circumstances listed below.

You might consider the lower end of the scale if you:

• Have limited or unstable income

• Are supporting dependents as a single parent

• Carry significant debt

• Are currently experiencing financial hardship

• Do not have access to financial support

I trust you to choose the rate that feels honest, sustainable, and aligned with your current circumstances.

Supported Rate Sessions

Each month, I reserve five sessions at a significantly reduced rate for those who are unable to afford the lowest end of the sliding scale. If cost feels like a barrier, you’re welcome to reach out to inquire about availability.

Accessibility matters deeply to me, and I aim to balance that commitment with the sustainability of this work.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session.
