Through Somatic Experiencing® and integrative touch work, I support individuals in integrating traumatic or challenging experiences, increasing their capacity for embodiment, and restoring access to choice. My approach is grounded in curiosity and respect for the body’s inherent intelligence.


Chronic pain, anxiety, and persistent or unexplained symptoms are often connected to unresolved stress held in the nervous system. Rather than focusing on fixing what’s wrong, this work orients to how your body has adapted — and supports integration through steady, collaborative attention.
